Jim came to our home and explained everything to us about selling. His experience with this market was on key. He was available for any and all questions night and day. As Trustee for my Mother-in-Law, earlier this year the difficult decision was made to sell her long-time home in Temecula. The task was complicated as no family resided in the immediate area. Everything I did related to the sale would need to be done remotely by phone and internet.

We feel very lucky to find Nicole to be our realtor. We found her through word of mouth and a site called Clever Realty. Not only was she impressive in her knowledge of anything we asked, but she quickly got on any issues and resolved them immediately leaving us with a strong sense of security and peace of mind. What could have been a disaster for us, she quickly managed and informed us after the fact what had happened and that it was already solved! She stayed on top of every detail for us staying in contact by sending text messages or calling. She was always available to pick up our calls or returning texts immediately. She is very professional, but we were comfortable talking to her on a personal basis about our preferences for listing our home. Through her methods, we were literally swamped with appointments to view our home in just two days! We did appreciate her guidance through the multiple offers on our home, this is where someone with her expertise can advise you when we really needed it. Our home sold for much more than we thought and we know Nicole had given us good advice on what the list price should be. Jim Holbrook guided my cousin and me, from start to finish, through the process of listing and selling our late uncle's home. My cousin lives in S. California, and I live out of state (Massachusetts), so neither of us live near the subject property or Jim's office. It didn't matter: Jim kept us informed by email and text every step of the way. He made helpful recommendations on what was needed to prepare the property for listing, and shared his list of contacts and vendors for items such as carpet replacement and air conditioning repair. His extensive knowledge of, and experience with, the local market was very apparent, and provided us with a great degree of confidence during what could have been a stressful time. And all with such professionalism and grace.

There should be a place to give more than 5 stars. They sold our home for us in Lake Elsinore as we were buying a new home in San Diego. They saved us when things went sideways in the purchase of our San Diego home. It was poor communication and mixed messages on the San Diego side which left us anxious and fearful of not closing both homes in unison and on time. Thank goodness Jim and Shar had our backs and went over and above what was nessesary to straighten everything out with the San Diego team and got things back on track for us. Shar is amazing. We feel very lucky to find Nicole to be our realtor. We found her through word of mouth and a site called Clever Realty. Not only was she impressive in her knowledge of anything we asked, but she quickly got on any issues and resolved them immediately leaving us with a strong sense of security and peace of mind. What could have been a disaster for us, she quickly managed and informed us after the fact what had happened and that it was already solved! She stayed on top of every detail for us staying in contact by sending text messages or calling. She was always available to pick up our calls or returning texts immediately. She is very professional, but we were comfortable talking to her on a personal basis about our preferences for listing our home. Through her methods, we were literally swamped with appointments to view our home in just two days! We did appreciate her guidance through the multiple offers on our home, this is where someone with her expertise can advise you when we really needed it. There should be a place to give more than 5 stars. They sold our home for us in Lake Elsinore as we were buying a new home in San Diego. We feel very lucky to find Nicole to be our realtor. We found her through word of mouth and a site called Clever Realty. There should be a place to give more than 5 stars. They sold our home for us in Lake Elsinore as we were buying a new home in San Diego. I found Jim to be a very experienced and skilled real estate professional. He is very knowledgeable about the "local" market, which was very beneficial in getting top dollars for my property. As in most real estate transactions, we ran into some issues with the buyer/his real estate agent; but Jim was very professional in helping us navigate through the issues, which resulted in a closed transaction within a reasonable time frame.

We feel very lucky to find Nicole to be our realtor. We found her through word of mouth and a site called Clever Realty. What could have been a disaster for us, she quickly managed and informed us after the fact what had happened and that it was already solved! Through her methods, we were literally swamped with appointments to view our home in just two days! California, and I live out of state (Massachusetts), so neither of us live near the subject property or Jim's office. It didn't matter: Jim kept us informed by email and text every step of the way. He made helpful recommendations on what was needed to prepare the property for listing, and shared his list of contacts and vendors for items such as carpet replacement and air conditioning repair. There should be a place to give more than 5 stars. They sold our home for us in Lake Elsinore as we were buying a new home in San Diego. They saved us when things went sideways in the purchase of our San Diego home. It was poor communication and mixed messages on the San Diego side which left us anxious and fearful of not closing both homes in unison and on time.
