In this particular real estate market with majority of the properties available to purchase being Bank Owned or Short Sales, when submitting an offer to listing agent a prequalification letter MUST be included for them to even take an offer seriously. The listing agent CANNOT even submit an offer to the bank if they do not have prequalification letter.
